Sunday the 11th of January

17h000: Visit and welcome cocktail at Château de Sales (Laure de Lambert des Granges - Pomerol). Pomerol wines tasting.

Monday the 12th of january

9h00: CIVB (Comité Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bordeaux) - Bordeaux
Marketing, communication and business
9h-10h: Wendy Narby (Insider Tasting, "Ecole du vin" of Bordeaux) - "Comprendre Bordeaux"
10h-11h: Anne Cusson (Vinexpo organization) - "Wine Marketing and Vinexpo"
11h-12h:Paz Espejo (Cordier company - negoce) - "The Commercial Wine Organization in Bordeaux: the négoce and the courtiers"

12h30: light lunch at the CIVB - culinary workshop presented by "Les Médocaines" and Gaëlle

15h30:visit of Château Margaux

19h00: Cocktail at Château Kirwan (Sophie Schÿller) with some vineyards owners, negociants, journalists,...). Red wines evening.
(possibility to change yourself if you want).

Wednesday the 14th of January: St-Emilion

10h-12h: Bordeaux wine tasting at "La maison des Vins" in St-Emilion - Nicolle Croft

12h30: visit and lunch at Château Franc Mayne (Griet Laviale - Laurence Ters)

15h30: visit of Château Troplong Mondot (Christine Vallette)

19h00: diner at Château Teyssier (Lyn Maltus)

Thursday the 15th of January: Sauternes

9h30/10h00: visit of Château Sigalas Rabaud in Sauternes (Laure de Lambert des Granges)

11h00: visit of Château d'Yquem (Sandrine Garbay and Valérie Lailheugue)

12h30: lunch at Château d'Yquem

15h30/16h00: visit of Château Haut Bailly (Véronique Sanders)

18h00: farewell cocktail at Château du Seuil (Nicola Allison)

A minivan and a driver will take care of you from Sunday evening for the Cockail in Château de Sales to Thursday evening after the farewell cocktail in Château du Seuil.
